3 Easy Smoothie Recipes
Glowing Green Smoothie
Very Berry Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
Chocolate + Cherry Black Forest Smoothie
I am totally in my nesting phase… so I am getting the freezer prepped & ready to go for easy meals and snacks.
One of my favorite things to do is to prep smoothie packs! You basically add everything into a bag and throw it in the freezer. Once you’re ready to have your smoothie, dump the bag in the blender & add your liquid. Blend & serve!
I am going to prep a lot of smoothie packs for myself! I think it will be helpful!
These smoothies are well balanced & nutrient dense! They are packed with protein, healthy fats, fruits and veggies.
In this newsletter, i’ll show you how to prep these in baggies & store them for optimal freshness!
Let’s talk ingredients….
Glowing Green Smoothie
This one is developed specifically for glowing skin. It has ingredients like pineapple & cucumber which are refreshing!
You’ll find lots of B6, which is great for energy. It also contains manganese, which is great for any joint pain. One of the ingredients is good for detoxifying the body from free radicals!
I always throw in fiber, protein and other anti-inflammatory ingredients to help with boosting the nutrients!
Very Berry Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
This smoothie is specifically an anti-inflammatory smoothie, so great for anyone healing from surgery, injury or giving birth!
It has ingredients like blueberries & raspberries in it! Some of the ingredients are great for healing constipation, and even helps with offsetting premature grey hair!
Chocolate + Cherry Black Forest Smoothie
This smoothie has, you guessed it, chocolate and cherries!!
Some of the ingredients in it actually speed up wounds! It’s packed with anti inflammation goodness, iron, fiber and protein! It’s like eating a cake but in smoothie form!
Protein powder & collagen recommendations!
Nuzest
It’s probably one of the best vegan protein powders on the market. The macros are incredible & the ingredients are clean! Perfect for if you have digestive issues. It has a higher price point but that’s reflective in the product itself. Just use the code JAZZ when checking out, it’ll give you a good discount!
Purely Inspired Protein Powder
It’s an organic protein powder, filled with additional fiber, greens & made with no sugar alcohols. It comes with a lower price point! Great for if you’re looking for a plant based, gluten free protein powder in chocolate or vanilla!
Purely Inspired Collagen Peptides
Collagen is filled with protein. As we get older, our bodies stop producing as much collagen. And we need it! It’s great for keeping our joints and bones strong. And it’s also great for our hair, skin and nails. It doesn’t taste like anything so you can add it into your coffee, lattes, oatmeal, or pancakes!
