It’s totally fool proof, it’s really healthy, super light and easy to make!
It only calls for 3 ingredients. All 3 ingredients are easy to find & I always have in the fridge!
Let’s talk about pecan flour…
Pecan flour is finely ground pecans.
It’s a gluten free flour, as a perfect alternative to all-purpose flour!
Pecans contain iron, which is an essential mineral for transporting oxygen/carbon dioxide to and from the cells. It’s also essential for energy production!
Pecans also contain zinc, which is essential for controlling hormones! It’s great for helping us cope with stress too!
I get mine from Walmart, it’s actually not as expensive as you would think either!
