I spent 3 years as a private chef to NBA athletes. During this time I came up with a lot of recipes that were delicious, fueling and easy for me to make.
My recipes are always easy. With the amount of time I had to spend in the kitchen, it was important to make my job efficient. This BBQ chicken pizza was a crowd pleaser. It calls for 6 ingredients and just 10 minutes of prep.
The chicken contains vitamin B12, which is great for helping the body produce energy! If you are active, I would serve this as a pre-workout meal. So maybe you enjoy it for lunch, then get your workout in after work!
One pizza has about 400 calories and 23g of protein.

Here are 2 more chicken recipes..
Persian Chicken - Persian chicken is saffron-marinated chicken thighs and breasts cooked to juicy, tender perfection in the air fryer. Serve with tzatziki and plain basmati rice for a flavorful, satisfying meal.
Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets - This recipe will become a weekly staple in your home. I always make a large amount at a time, then freeze them. They are the easiest thing to pop back into the air fryer when you’re looking for a quick protein add-on for your meals.
