The perfect valentines day meal…
Not sure about you but I really DON’T enjoy going out to eat on valentines day… Is that an unpopular opinion?
It’s always crowded, it’s impossible to make a reservation anywhere & the expectations are high!
In fact, some restaurants have set menus that cost can be really expensive.
One time, my husband & I went out to eat on valentines day and we waited 2 hours for a table!! We told ourselves.. NEVER AGAIN.
So every year we do something at home!
That’s why I wanted to share my simple & easy 30 minute vegetarian dinner for this special upcoming valentines day OR any date night ahead!
