When I discovered how easy it is to make healthy donut holes at home with only a few ingredients, I made them on repeat. Glazed donut holes, strawberry donut holes, chocolate covered donut holes and now… cinnamon sugar donut holes!

You only need a few ingredients, NO YEAST, it’s high in protein and they can be made gluten-free and dairy-free!

I always make mine in the air fryer because I don’t like to heat up the entire house by waiting for the oven to preheat. The air fryer requires NO PREHEATING. This recipe can be made in 20 minutes start to finish.

I think it would be a fun recipe you could make over the weekend with your kids, for a date night or for a little self care baking!

These better-for-you donut holes are seriously out of this world delicious. That cinnamon sugar coating on the outside is spiced perfectly and goes really well with a warm tea or coffee this time of year.

…with my Organic Non Perishable Thanksgiving Food List

This time of year can be both exciting and challenging, especially when considering all of the ingredients you need. One key factor to consider is whether the foods on your Thanksgiving shopping list are perishable or non-perishable.

Having these non perishable foods in your pantry before the holiday can help you to get ahead of the meal preparations. As an additional bonus, consider doubling up on these items to donate to a local Thanksgiving food drive.
