Let’s talk about the ingredients…
Oats: Oats are soooo powerful. They contain soluble fiber, which basically dissolves in the stomach to form a gel like material. It pulls everything through the digestive system! That’s why it’s great for us!
Protein powder or collagen: Protein powder and collagen are MUST HAVE’S in my pantry. If I can add an extra dose of protein, I am adding it! It helps keep you full & adds extra nutrition. Especially if you’re going to pop these babies after a workout!
Cinnamon: Cinnamon has blood thinning, anti-fungicidal and anti-tumor activities. Plus, it tastes amazing!
Here are my favorite protein powders & collagen powders!
Nuzest…
It’s probably one of the best vegan protein powders on the market. The macros are incredible & the ingredients are clean! Perfect for if you have digestive issues. It has a higher price point but that’s reflective in the product itself. Just use the code JAZZ when checking out, it’ll give you a good discount!
Purely Inspired Protein Powder…
It’s an organic protein powder, filled with additional fiber, greens & made with no sugar alcohols. It comes with a lower price point! Great for if you’re looking for a plant based, gluten free protein powder in chocolate or vanilla!
Purely Inspired Collagen Peptides…
Collagen is filled with protein. As we get older, our bodies stop producing as much collagen. And we need it! It’s great for keeping our joints and bones strong. And it’s also great for our hair, skin and nails. It doesn’t taste like anything so you can add it into your coffee, lattes, oatmeal, or pancakes!
