I’ve got to be honest… Thanksgiving can feel pretty overwhelming for me. I never volunteer to cook it because the expectations are just so high. When people say, “I’ve been waiting all year for this meal,” I feel like I’m setting myself up for failure if I try to cook it, LOL.

What I love most about Thanksgiving is gathering around food, spending time with family, taking a break from technology, feeling grateful, and just having a day off!

So, when my husband and I first moved to Florida, away from all our family, I wanted to create that special “Thanksgiving moment” with him—minus the stress. Luckily, Trader Joe’s has some amazing Thanksgiving food that you can make “semi-homemade,” which makes the day so much easier. If this sounds like your vibe too, here’s a low-effort, step-by-step Thanksgiving meal for two with the help of Trader Joe’s!

Here’s what you’ll get in todays piece!

  • A thanksgiving meal ready in just 30 minutes!

  • A full shopping list with prices, so you know exactly what to grab!

  • Simple tips to make it feel “homemade” with minimal effort!

  • A foolproof 30-minute timeline—what to cook and when so it all comes together perfectly!
