Green Goddess Salad with a Creamy Herbed Dressing
This is one of my favorite salads to meal prep!
It doesn’t get soggy, and the dressing is so good you could drink it!
It’s filled with fiber, ingredients that help make your skin glow from the inside out, and make you feel energized for the rest of the day!
I love serving the salad with some chicken, or even using some chips to dip into the salad (yup, salad and chips - award winning combo, right?)
I will also teach you how to make a creamy green goddess salad dressing that is perfect on salads, roasted veggies, protein or as a dipping sauce for potatoes!
This dish is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, tomato free and soy free.
