Let me take you back to my private chef days. I was cooking for pro athletes, and finding snacks to fuel them before practice felt difficult with all of the different taste buds. I love granola as a pre-workout snack because it has healthy carbs and fats, that can help provide energy. But it was impossible to find a granola loved by all.
One didn’t like pecans, another hated coconut, and the next one hated raisins… I’d scour the store aisles, but no granola checked all the boxes. And if it did, it was loaded with inflammatory oils, so much processed sugar and junk. So, I decided to make my own in 2018—and it changed everything.
On the first Friday of every month, I send out a FREE recipe! This week, it’s all about making granola that’s healthier, cheaper, and totally customizable.
Homemade granola isn’t just easy—it’s game-changing. Over the years, I have had dozens of emails and messages saying, “once I made your granola, I have never gone back to store-bought!”
They are right! It’s cheaper, healthier, and you get to decide exactly what goes in it. Want big clusters? Done. Prefer pumpkin seeds over almonds? Go for it. Plus, you’ll save $8 a bag compared to store-bought granola loaded with those inflammatory oils and hidden sugars.
