How to make Sticky Honey-Lime Glazed Salmon in the Oven or Air Fryer
a 20 minute dinner idea for you
A 20-minute dinner that feels like a takeout takeout, but cleaner, faster, and toddler-approved… YES PLZ
This salmon recipe is so easy and such a go-to when I want something fast but flavorful. It’s sticky, sweet, citrusy, and kind of gives a takeout teriyaki bowl vibe… except we’re skipping the soy, gluten, and processed sugar, and keeping things super simple.
6 months ago, I started working with a functional practitioner to get to the root cause of my acne. She recommend a few things to me - cut out gluten, soy and refined sugar. I knew this already but knowing it could make a difference on my gut and skin health, it was a no-brainer!
It’s been 6 months of “limiting” these foods. I say limiting because I do my best. Of course there are birthdays, special occasions or situations where nothing else is available. For the most part, I have noticed a big difference in my skin and how I feel.
This recipe checks all the boxes! Gluten free - soy free - and no processed sugar! It’s a YES for me, and my family!
