What’s going on!
I went back to Santa Barbara last weekend to visit my parents. We were looking through my baby albums when we found this picture of me (33 years ago) on the right. We sat Olive down in the EXACT SAME SPOT in the house, holding that exact photo, and snapped a picture! How special, right? I love the side by side.

I also had the privilege of attending my best friends bridal shower! It was a beautiful afternoon, filled with fun games, amazing food, decadent dessert, and showering the bride with gifts. These are my girlfriends I have been friends with since high school!
There was a quote that was shared at the bridal shower, and it read, “a good friend is a connection to life - a tie to the past, a road to the future, the key to sanity in a totally insane world.” I loved that. Friends are SO important. And I am grateful. Fun activity for the day, text a friend of yours & say what you love about them. Im sure' it will make their day! 😉

My chocolate frosty is getting all the hype on Instagram!! So here’s my other favorite low sugar smoothie!
Usually, smoothies or smoothie bowls are made with a blend of fruit and fruit juice as the base. Then it gets topped with granola, more fruit, and honey…talk about a SUGAR OVERLOAD. Not only does this spike my blood sugar, but it keeps me full for maybe 2 minutes. Then, I am ready for another meal. My blueberry low sugar smoothie is packed with fiber, protein and is low sugar! Try it for yourself as the weather gets warmer!
