These mini air fryer pizzas are a total game-changer for a quick family dinner! I made them last month and Troy couldn’t stop raving about how amazing they tasted. In just 20 minutes I whipped up these personalized pizzas. It is so much better than any frozen pizza, very affordable and quick! Olive gobbled it up too. What’s new!
I’m writing this on Monday, which is prime packing time. We officially move out of our home on Thursday. I hired movers.. and that’s something I will always do if I move. Since 2017, Troy and I have moved a total of 7 times, this will be our 8th 🙃
I am no expert but I use a few tips to make sure moving goes smoothly!
Plan and Organize Early!
I used to be a project manager, so I work well with timelines and task execution lists. So I created a week by week goal list (notifying utilities, selling items, getting boxes) and hit those week by week, you can start that as early as 6 weeks in advance!
Declutter Before Packing!
We always go through and purge the belongings! We make put our stuff into piles of what to sell, donate or discard. We decided to sell a lot for this move. The home we are moving into is much smaller, so we wanted to declutter! I had a lot of luck on Facebook marketplace and our neighborhood app!
Use Quality Packing Supplies!
I started looking in my area for moving trucks, I found someone moving in so I introduced myself, and asked if they wanted us to take the boxes off their plate. They were so happy to donate boxes and we were so happy to take them! We just took them as is (no breaking down necessary) and everything was ready to go when it was time to pack!
Hire Professional Movers!
I’ll never do it without them. They handle everything! I went with Roadway movers this time around, and it was such an incredible experience. Professional, quick, easy to work with and answered all of my questions along the way.
Prepare for Moving Day!
This was a bit complicated because we are sending the load with the movers, then Olive and I will be staying in California for an additional month until the belongings get to Florida. Troy will stay put at the house to receive everything so I sent him with the essentials he needed for 2 weeks. He got pots, pans, air fryer, toiletries, cleaning supplies, air mattress, and plenty of food!
What I am living in…
I got this matching set as a gift last summer and I live in it. It is comfortable enough to wear in the house, but nice enough to go out and run errands in. I never have to worry about if my top and bottom match. This set comes in so many different colors.
