I am a smoothie girl. Always have been, always will be. Over the years I’ve created so many smoothie recipes that I made a free online cookbook so you can start making them yourself. You can grab that here! 💛
I’m constantly rotating through recipes, but some of my favorites are:
This summer though, it’s been the summer of my Protein Dole Whip. It’s been 100+ degrees here in Santa Clarita and chilled snacks and desserts have been a major craving for myself and my daughter, Olive.
If you’ve never heard of Dole Whip, it’s that fluffy creamy pineapple soft serve from Disney. The original is obviously delicious, but I wanted to make a healthier, higher protein option for my family. (We’ve been really leaning into that over here!) Olive’s been asking for a smoothie almost daily after her naps, so this is what I’ve been making her.
We make it together, pour it into little cups, and go outside to enjoy it with a spoon. Easily one of my favorite parts of the day.
And if you ever wonder what protein powders I add to my smoothies, here’s my clean vetted list: I rounded them all up right here.

What I used to make these:
Vitamix Blender: This is the best blender for smoothies, getting that ideal fluffy texture.
FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Powder: This is my go-to vanilla protein powder. Grass-fed whey, sweetened using monkfruit, no artificial anything, and no funky aftertaste. Tastes like vanilla without being overpowering.
Malk Unsweetened Coconut Milk: My go-to non dairy milk.
