What’s going on!
Cost of groceries is going UP, since 2019 prices have gone up by 25%, and still rising! I love deals. And I don’t know about you, but I love saving money! So I put together a grocery shopping on a budget cheatsheet for you. I categorize 3 shopping lists & what you should buy from where.
Costco (or any bulk grocery shopping warehouse)
Trader Joes
Sprouts (or any staple like Whole Foods, Vons, Albertsons, Fresh Thyme etc).
My money saving tips!
Take advantage of the weekly deals.
Don’t go to the grocery store hungry.
When buying bulk, you gotta go through it or else it will go bad!

What I am making this week!
Mango salsa for the summer!
With just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep time, you can whip up a batch of this flavorful salsa to enjoy with all your favorite dishes. I personally love it on fish tacos or with tortilla chips. This is truly one of my favorite recipes to make in the summer!
What I’m obsessed with..
The BEST juicer, by Nama!
Calling all juice fans, get your own juicer and save yourself so much money! When I go grab an organic juice from the store, it’s anywhere from $8-$12. And here in LA, it’s more like $16-$20.
I got this juicer when I was drinking celery juice every day. It is easy to clean, quiet and hands free. I wrote all about the benefits of this juicer over other juicers in this post.
If you’re in the market for a juicer, or need a late mothers day gift. You can use my code JAZZ10 for 10% off!
Ok, let’s get to the new recipe!👇🏼
New recipe!
This 15 minute caprese burger is like if a caprese salad and a burger had a baby. It is so delicious, I am not sure why it’s not on the menu at every burger joint. Here’s what I like about it…
It takes less than 15 minutes to make!
It tastes so good you are definitely going to be making it on repeat!
It is fresh and only requires a few ingredients!
The pesto aioli is out of this world you could bathe in it… seriously though.
