Expo West. The largest natural and organic food convention in the world. It’s where the latest trends in food and wellness are unveiled, where small startups get their big break, and where food lovers like me get to experience firsthand what’s next in the industry.

But Expo West isn’t just about discovering new brands; it’s also an incredible opportunity for content creators, like me! As someone who shares easy, healthy recipes, I go to Expo West to connect with innovative food brands, and share it all with you!!

This year, I attended Expo West with my digital media agency, Ecko Digital Media. They represent an amazing group of content creators from around the world, and last year, we started a tradition—renting an Airbnb together for the duration of Expo. This year, we expanded our group, bringing together 8 creators under one roof for a week of networking, learning, and, of course, eating. It was an intense, inspiring, and chaotic in the best way.
