The new year can symbolize a new beginning!
For the entire month of January, I will be sharing one micro-habit every single weekday that you can begin to incorporate into your lifestyle to live a more whole, fulfilled & healthier life.
What is a micro-habit?
A micro-habit is a sustainable, smaller scale habit that feels more accessible and attainable.
The goal is for you to take each of these small habits, and try one every day. Pick out which ones you want to continue & which ones make you feel good.
By the end of the month, you’ll have a list of a few micro-habits that help you achieve your personal goals.
Tune into the videos on my TikTok account with a new tip daily!

If you are also trying to achieve health goals this year, here’s a great place to start!
Use the tongue scraper every single morning before you brush your teeth, drink water or wash your face.
Your body detoxes overnight, so all of those toxins end up on your tongue. Get them off your body & it will help with your immune system, bad breath & overall gut health!
I have never drank this much water since getting the Stanley cup. The straw makes it really easy to sip/chug & the cup holder is perfect for any car!
I love that its 40 oz, so you just need to fill it up 2x/day & you’ll be hitting most of your water goals!

Tuna Stuffed Avocado Boat
Here’s an easy high protein lunch or snack that is filled with healthy fats. Tuna contains B12, which helps our blood carry oxygen to our cells. This is crucial for energy production! The healthy fats from the avocado will keep us full for hours!
Makes: 4 avocado boats
Total time: 10 minutes
1 can of tuna, drained
1/4 red onion, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon mayo
1 tablespoon parsley, fresh or dried
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 avocados, cut in half & pit removed
1/2 lemon
Directions
In a bowl mix together the drained tuna, red onion, celery, dijon mustard, mayo, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix it well until combined. Taste it to make any adjustments in spices.
Slice an avocado vertically, careful of the pit. Scoop out the pit from the center with a spoon and lay your avocados on a plate.
Stuff with the tuna mixture!
Add a sprinkle of lemon on top.
Notes
Alternatively, enjoy this with a few gluten free crackers on the side.
To save time, buy pre-diced celery and onion.
When looking for tuna, try buying the no salt added, in water. You can always add additional salt.
Save the rest of the tuna salad & enjoy up to 24 hours later!
