**Takes a deep breath…
If you’re reading this, it means you’re part of my inner circle, my safe space, my people. Being vulnerable is easiest with a smaller group of people. And while anyone could ultimately read this story, sharing with my paid subscriber list feels much safer.
Today I am opening up about my ACNE. It’s been a long, frustrating road, and I’ve tried everything. Despite living what I’d consider a healthy lifestyle, like eating real food, staying active, getting good sleep and managing stress… My face sometimes doesn’t reflect that. It has taken a toll on my mental health and showing up on camera!
I’m sharing this because if you’re struggling with your own skin issues, gut health, or another persistent issue, I want you to feel less alone. We all have something under it all, and I hope my story helps you feel seen.
